QUESTIONS
If we have the item in stock, we will ship it within 2 to 5 business days. If you purchase a pre-order, we will ship the item within a month as we have to manufacture it.
You will always receive an automatic notification when your package is on its way with a tracking number.
Depending on the shipping option you have selected, the package will arrive within 1 to 5 business days.
Depending on the complexity of the project custom orders take anywhere from 1 month to 1 year. Custom pieces require a few steps to make sure your piece is tailored to your specifications. We will have a meeting, provide sketches for approval, and then move into technical production.
If you receive your order and it is damaged, take pictures, and contact us immediately. You have one month from the time of receipt to report any damage. If we have it in stock, we will send you a replacement part as soon as possible at no charge. If the replacement is not possible, we will send you a full refund for the value of the part and the shipping.
Most of our pieces are made from moulds that we created ourselves. This means that the object you will receive will look like what is pictured online. However, it is a handmade product, made on a small scale. Clay has a life of its own and it moves significantly during the firing process. Variations may therefore appear in the pieces. The circles may not be perfect, the curves may vary. Rest assured that our quality standards are high, but our products are designed to be organic and our goal is not to have them look like objects made in large-scale industry.
We do not accept returns at this time.
